“I believe in this project. I also know the public and the photographers enjoy it when we celebrate the event. For my project, I am seeking funds to upgrade 5 (or more) photo stations using Lattice panels and receive additional photos for public outdoor exhibitions.”

My name is Santos Háliga-Vega borned in Arroyo, and I living in Humacao, Puerto Rico. Happily married, father of 3 lovely ladies and have a handsome 4 year old grandson. My passion for photography comes from my father, even when I was not interested in the subject back in ‘70s, he did let me use his Minolta, and I got the experience watching him develop black and white film at home. I never did take any formal photography education until 2009 when I enrolled in NYIP and completed the course to better my photography skills. I hold a BBA in Accounting, and work as Project Accountant at CH Caribe Engineers, a subsidiary of the international engineering firm CH2M HILL. Incredible as it may sound the company has an internal social network and within it, yes you guessed it, there is a photography group that I have been working with since September 2014. Since I get to communicate with many photographers I currently volunteer as Project PFC Coordinator for Puerto Rico and North America in search of new coordinators. This project time frame is short, time is already running out. Pledge any amount today and thanks for your sharing your art with other and your support to PFC on Tour.
